Vi utför en nätverksförändring tillsammans med vår uppströms tjänsteleverantör för att uppnå bättre redundans och nätverksseparation. Ändringen planeras under 2021-09-16 23:00 -00:00 och förväntas inte påverka kundens anslutning utom korta (under 1 minut) avbrott medan trafiken byter till en ny väg.

English: We are performing a network change together with our upstream service provider to achieve better redundancy and network separation. The change is planned during 2021-09-16 23:00-00:00 and is not expected to affect customer's connectivity except short (under 1 minute) interruptions while the traffic is switching to a new path.

Alla nätverksändringar har slutförts och nödvändiga konfigurationsändringar är nu på plats. Alla tjänster är nu igång förutom ett kvarstående problem för IPv6, som främst påverkar gmail -användare. (ipv6-anslutningar.) Om gmail-anslutningen inte kan hämta brev från din brevlåda, använd webbmailen under de närmaste 2-3 dagarna. Vi kommer att lösa detta problem så snart som möjligt.

Observera, brev levereras fortfarande och inget e -postmeddelande kommer att försvinna, det är bara gmail som inte kan hämta dem.

English: All the network changes have been successfully completed, and necessary configuration changes are now in place. All services are now back to normal with minor issues remaining for IPv6, primarily affecting gmail users. (ipv6 connections.) If gmail connector can't fetch letters from your mailbox, please use the webmail during the next 2-3 days. We will resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Please note, letters are still delivered and no email is discarded, it is only the gmail connector that can not fetch them.


Issue with services

We have registered an issue with our system that affects some of our services, including our databases servers which means that websites using these databases will be affected until the problem has been resolved. Technicians are working to make sure that happens as quickly as possible.
